    “Amber was wonderful with Kingsley and me. She had an abundance of patience and she didn’t rush her visits. I think she could sense my anxiety about not being able to administer Kingsley’s much needed eye meds and really tried hard to calm and reassure me which in turn calmed Kingsley. From the initial meeting to her very last visit, you could see the trust bond between Kingsley and Amber grow daily! We still needed to use a muzzle but managed to get the drops in his eyes without a struggle! She was personable and professional at the same time. I also enjoyed her sharing little tips with me. I was initially so worried about my dog’s health but I’m happy to report that after Amber’s 16 visits his ulcer has completely healed and the infection he had in both eyes have cleared as well. I’m so thankful to Amber and to your company for this service!”
